Harmonize Your Home by Creating Your Very Own Organization Homemaking Binder
Welcome to the heart of the home! Step into the whirlwind where family life paints a vibrant canvas of celebrations. Amidst the delightful chaos of birthdays, anniversaries, and festive occasions, it's easy to feel overwhelmed—time, mental space, and resources seem to vanish in the blink of an eye. In the beautiful chaos of family life, maintaining a sense of harmony and organization is an essential.
Think about it—all those annual milestones like Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, alongside countless personal celebrations like Fourth of July fireworks, birthdays of loved ones, kids' milestones, and more. You've probably caught on that there's a rhythm of celebrations. Managing it all in the rush of life's pace can be a tad overwhelming.
But here's the secret: much like setting our house in order for life's twists and turns, crafting an efficient homemaking organization binder becomes our guiding compass. It's our preemptive toolkit, ensuring every facet of family life and business flows seamlessly. Imagine the ease of planning, the savings of time and resources, all by looking ahead—way ahead!
Ready to dive in? Let's navigate the art of harmonizing our busy lives, creating a haven where celebrations flow effortlessly, and every moment finds its place in the tapestry of 'One Circle One Color - Celebrate the Family.'
Divide and Conquer! A strategy that involves breaking a larger problem, task, or group into smaller, more manageable parts to deal with them separately, ultimately making the overall challenge easier to handle.
Here comes the buffet line that you get to pick what's important to you right now. You can come back for all the rest later. Take a moment to look through and pick what fits for you and your family needs. Then, get your designer hat on and create your very own signature look with content customized to your family's needs. (You can also find tons of similar resources online now thanks to the 30% increase of homeschooling moms since 2019 in the United States).
There's no right or wrong in how you implement these ideas. It's just you and your journey of homemaking. No one else gets to look in on your progress or pause. Start where you feel grace to start and go for as long as you feel joy. Just by starting on the task of creating your family's homemaking organization binder makes you a winner in my book!
Fun fact: Years ago, when I was designing my homemaking binder, I realized that every member in my family had their birthday in their own season. My husband had his in the Winter, our daughter had hers in the Spring, our son had his in the Fall, and my own birthday was in the Summer. This information inspired me to help create culture. Ephesians 5:21 says, "Submit yourselves to one another because of your reverence for Christ." I proposed that for all of our special seasons, we would strive to defer or submit to that individual's season in our family circle. So if everyone gets a vote on the decision, the one whose season we're in according to their birthday would get two points in the matter, thus helping the decision be resolved (hopefully).
Happy organizing!

BONUS Devotional:
The phrase "get your house in order" originates from the Bible and is often interpreted as a call for preparation, organization, or putting one's affairs in order before a significant event or change.
In the Bible, it's notably used in the story of King Hezekiah in the book of Isaiah 38:1. Hezekiah becomes seriously ill, and the prophet Isaiah comes to him with a message from God, telling him to set his house in order because he would not recover from his illness. Hezekiah then prays to God, and his life is extended by 15 years.
Metaphorically, the phrase "get your house in order" is often understood as a call for personal readiness or preparation, whether it be for a major change in one's life, a significant event, or even one's spiritual life. It suggests taking stock of one's life, organizing priorities, and making necessary changes or preparations.
The phrase is commonly used to imply the need for personal or organizational preparation, urging individuals to take care of matters that need attention or to put their affairs in order before a significant event or change occurs.
The Lord bless you
and keep you;
the Lord make His face shine on you
and be gracious to you;
the Lord turn His face toward you
and give you peace.
